Do I need to be a certain age to rent a Onewheel?
You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a Onewheel from SUPrents.
Where do I pickup and return the Onewheel rental?
SUPrents will ship your Onewheel rental directly to your home or destination of choice within the lower 48 states (U.S.). When you are finished with your rental, you will ship the board back to us using a prepaid shipping label provided at no charge.
How can I be sure the Onewheel rental will be in good shape?
SUPrents carefully inspects every board before it ships, and after it is returned. We track mileage and board condition very closely. Your rental will ship to you ready to ride.
Does SUPrents deliver?
Our Onewheel rentals ship anywhere in the lower 48 United States. One of our trusted shipping vendors will deliver your board directly to your door or destination of your choice. We can even deliver to hotels and vacation rental homes!

How much does it cost to ship a Onewheel?
Shipping is free both ways for the lower 48 states. Shipping for Hawaii and Alaska is extra (call for rates).
How long does Onewheel take to ship?
After placing an order, you can expect your Onewheel to arrive at your doorstep within 1-5 days, depending on where the board is being shipped to, and when you place your order. Our last shipments go out at 1pm Pacific each day.
What are the Onewheel rental options?
SUPrents offers Onewheel Pint and Onewheel XR rentals from 3 to 10 days.
Can I get damage protection with my onewheel rental?
SUPrents offers optional damage protection insurance. Adding damage protection covers your Onewheel rental against accidental damage and normal wear and tear under normal riding conditions - including scuffs, dings, scratches and electronic malfunctions.
Should your Onewheel be damaged during the rental period the cost of repair/replacement is covered if damage protection was added to the rental at checkout. If damage protection is not added the person listed on the rental order/agreement is responsible for covering any and all costs associated with repair/replacement within 14 days of the end of rental period. Damage protection does not cover theft or loss. Damage protection cannot be added after the rental period begins. Onewheel damage protection does NOT cover against water damage, sand damage, damage due to reckless/abusive riding or misuse (jumps, drops, snow, rain, etc.).
